STORE POLICIES

Once and order is placed, we process it immediately and it cannot be canceled. Please order with care. If you have found a mistake in your purchase please contact us immediately. 

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS

All purchases made with a discount code are final sale.

Sale and clearance items are final sale.

 I accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items may be returned for store credit only. Items sell out quickly so exchanges are not offered at this time. Return requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be honored. To arrange a return please contact customer service.

 

All items sent back must be returned in brand new sellable condition and in their original packaging. Returns showing signs of wear/damage, stains, smoke smell, animal hair and so forth will be refused. If your return is received in unacceptable condition you will be invoiced for the items to be returned back to you and no refund or store credit will be issued. 

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded. Please use a traceable shipping method when sending items back. We are not responsible for lost returns and highly encourage you to purchase insurance. You may request a return label from us and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit.

In the rare case that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to arrange a replacement. You must provide photos of the damage.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days

Pre-Order items, will ship within the turnaround time listed with the product. If you purchase a ready to ship item and a pre-order item your entire order will ship at the end of the turnaround time for the pre-order. If you want the ready to ship items immediately please purchase them separately with separate shipping. These items cannot be separated after the fact if you purchase them together.

Please note that once items are shipped they are out of our control. So delivery times cannot be guaranteed once they have left our hands. 

We do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages or delays with shipping carriers. 

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. When items are prepared for shipment you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information. You may receive this e-mail in advance of shipment in which case a low 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update.
